Forms
Who can attend and vote?
- Members: Life, Ordinary and Associate Members may attend.
- Voting eligibility: Life and Ordinary Members are entitled to vote. Status is determined as of the meeting date.
- Observers: Guests may attend as observers (no voting rights) upon request.
- Proxies: Members unable to attend may appoint a proxy. Proxy forms must be received by the deadline listed on the form.
