Every mediator at Interact Support is qualified, accredited, and committed to helping families and communities resolve conflict safely and affordably. Our practitioners are all registered with the Australian Attorney-General’s Department as Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners and/or accredited under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS).

Director and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

Joanne is the Director of Interact Support Inc and Mediation Institute Pty Ltd, Australia’s second-largest mediation training and registration organisation. She writes the plain-English guides on this site, covers family law and parenting topics for the Mi audience, and has been mediating since the early 2000s.
