Online Learning Methodology

We use online learning rather than workshops because it is better for this type of learning. There is a lot to take in and that doesn’t always work with the social pressures and dictated timetable of a workshop.  We work with Mediation Institute to provide award winning online learning opportunities.

Blended delivery with live video meeting workshops, webinars and discussion groups is available for some of our courses. Individual coaching is available for others.

You can’t learn skills, especially interpersonal skills, just through theory.  If you don’t practice what you’re learning you won’t really be able to apply the new ways of responding.  Especially if the situation is stressful. All our courses include practical exercises you can apply with your family or colleagues and then review the results to the tweaks you’re making. 

Practice, review, adjust and continue to practice. That’s the way you learn skills.  No skills development occurs without PRAC because our brains are designed to repeat old behaviours until you repeat the new ones enough times for them to become the automatic responses in the situation.

It only takes one

It only takes one person in a conversation to change the outcome. Using techniques we teach, you can learn how to stop situations from escalating, calm other people down so they don't lose it so easily and have more productive "difficult conversations".

Certificates of Completion

As a minimum you'll get a certificate of completion. In the courses we offer in collaboration with Mediation Institute you may get a qualification, statement of attainment or be eligible for accreditation.
