There are also rules established by the Family Law Act 1975 that prevent identification of people currently in the family courts.

We publish client feedback anonymously to help you to understand the type of services we offer and the benefits that our clients tell us they provide.

Just wanted to say thank you for your help with our parenting agreement, it has now been approved by judge and the court date has been vacated, an excellent outcome, all of this is finally over, fantastic start to year.

Context

This couple were in Family Court but attended Family Dispute Resolution with Ken and their family counsellor. During the session they reached a Parenting Agreement that they were able to provide to the judge to be made into Parenting Orders to end their family court case.
