I work in a very child inclusive way which embraces the need to assist parents who are in dispute after separation to refocus and plan for the needs of their children post-separation. The voice of the child is crucial to understanding and making decisions based on the child’s experiences and developmental needs. Which in turn guides families towards ways to resolve their differences and move forward with the best interest of the children in mind, which is at the heart of my practice
I am a specialist in online and face to face family dispute resolution. Working in co-operation with parents to craft parenting plans and property and financial settlements that help to empower separated parents to take responsibility for the important decisions about caring for their children. I worked in collaboration with Jon Graham at ISDR for 2 years often dealing in high conflict family disputes and family violence.

Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution are facilitated negotiation services where the people affected by the issues are supported by an independent professional mediator to discuss the issues, consider options and work towards an agreement that will resolve the issues that is acceptable to both.
Coaching is a facilitated goal setting, decision making and individualised learning process. The purpose of coaching is to identify ways to work towards achieving your life, business, interpersonal or other goals.
Mediator Facilitated Negotiation is a collaborative negotiation process where a mediator assists both parties to develop proposals and communicates them along with the reasons for the proposal. It differs from lawyer negotiation in that the mediator is able to speak with both sides and is used when mediation is unsuccessful or not agreed to.
