Mediation Institute is a major supporter of Interact Support.

Co-Founded by Mediation Institute Directors  – Joanne Law and Paul Kenna

Ongoing Support –  Mediation Institute provides ongoing financial and in-kind support and leadership for Interact Support.

Our mission was and remains to be a gap filler to help prevent people slipping through the gaps in the family law system.

Mediation Institute provides infrastructure, funds and supports Interact with leadership and the labour of interns completing the CHC81115 – Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution with Mediation Institute.

Organisation Description

Mediation Institute is a specialist provider of mediation and communication skills training and membership services for dispute resolution professionals. Training is mainly provided via eLearning with skills development achieved by video mediation equipping graduates for the evolving industry that technology is enabling.

Graduates from Mediation Institute often join the Interact Support team and provide reduced fee services for Interact as part of their contribution to the Australian community.

Many of the Mediation Institute students complete their fifty hours of work placement required in the graduate diploma of family dispute resolution with Interact Support.
