Join the Mi Community Mediation Panel

Are you a Mediator Able to provide Video Mediation Services?

Interact Support is building a panel of NMAS Accredited Mediators to provide low cost community mediation services for people who can’t access mediation services they can afford in a timely manner.

Referrals

If you are on the panel your details will be visible for clients to contact you directly or they may be referred to you as part of a selection of local mediators.

Help to grow your practice

Join in with other mediators, family dispute resolution practitioners, coaches and lawyers in a collaborative network of professionals.

Contract Work

Interact Support provides client services via video meeting technology. You may be considered for contract work if you are competent in Video Mediation.

How does the panel work?

Interact Support provides services online. If clients want face to face services (normally) we can refer them to a NMAS accredited mediator who can assist them in their local area. All services are online during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

To be accepted for independent services you must have a level of experience. If not we are happy to accommodate co-mediation.  You can also indicate if you offer other services such as relationship mediation or legal services.

Is there a referral fee?

No. There is no referral fee to pay.

The arrangement is a simple referral one.

We will provide you with a profile on the site, encourage clients to contact you directly or refer them through to you.

If the clients are referred you will invoice them and look after them the same as any of your other clients. If you provide the services under the Mi Community Mediation program you will use our systems and processes.

What if I am a new Graduate?

Please be honest in your application regarding your experience.

If you are a new graduate or lack experience we would expect that in accordance with your professional obligations you co-mediate until you are confident in your skills.
