Make a submission

If you have ideas for improving the family law system you can contribute them.  The opportunity to make a submission opened 14th March 2018 and closes 7th May 2018.  The issues paper asks forty-seven questions about the family law system across the following categories.

  • Objectives and principals
  • Access and engagement
  • Legal principles in relation to parenting and property
  • Resolution and adjudication processes
  • Integration and collaboration
  • Children’s experiences and perspectives
  • Professional skills and wellbeing
  • Governance and accountability

Interact Support will be making a submission with our ideas for how the cost, difficulty, and potential for harm associated with the Family Law System can be minimised.

We invite you to contact us to discuss any ideas you have that may contribute to our thoughts. You can call our CEO, Joanne Law on 040 1 293 500.
