The Action Calendar: Friendly February 2020 was developed by the Happiness Project to spread happiness. Having friends and being friendly not only helps other people it helps us to be more happy and resilient.
What are your favourite ideas?
1st February – Send someone a message to tell them how much they mean to you.
4th February – Notice the good qualities of everyone you meet today
7th February – Show an active interest by asking questions when talking with others
and perhaps spread a bit of neighbourly friendliness on the 23rd February and take the time to speak to a neighbour and get to know them.
