If you have an issue with a service provided to you by Interact Support or the provision of that service by a staff member or contractor we want to hear about it. You can provide feedback using the feedback form above but you will get a faster response if you contact us directly.
We have a structured Internal Complaint Handling Process based around the principals of:
- identify and manage complaints quickly
- be fair and proportionate in the way complaints are managed
- make appropriate use of information about complaints
